Notarial services do not include the drafting of letters or affidavits except for travel permission letters for children. Notarial services do not constitute the provision of legal advice. All
individuals signing before a notary public must attend the appointment in person and bring acceptable, unexpired ID.
Pre-paid online:
- $30.00 for the first notarization
- $5.00 for each additional notarization
- The $30.00 fee constitutes a non-refundable deposit in case of missed appointment.
Paid at office:
- $35.00 for the first notarization
- $5.00 for each additional notarization
Notary prices include HST
If booking an appointment for multiple types of service (ie certified copy and a notarized signature), please book for one service and add the others as additional documents. You don't need to
book two appointments.
